Avi Sahi
Chief Commercialization Officer, OGCI Climate Investments
In his role of Chief Commercialization Officer, Avi is responsible for partnering with OGCI Climate Investments’ current and future portfolio company leadership teams to drive accelerated growth and value creation.
Prior to joining OGCI Climate Investments, Avi worked at Anthem, Inc. as Chief Strategy Officer of the Diversified Business Group. Previous roles included VP, Innovation & Digital Transformation at Johnson Controls, and Partner, Sustainable Investments & Strategic Innovation at NIKE. Earlier in his career, Avi was VP, Private Equity, Renewable Energy Technology at Perseus, LLC, a $2.5B buyout fund. He previously worked as an Associate in the Cleantech Investment Banking group at SG Cowen & Co.
Avi earned an MBA from Georgetown University and a BSc in Finance from Rutgers University.

Jonathan Yellen
Investment Director, OGCI Climate Investments
Jon Yellen is an Investment Director at OGCI Climate Investments, where he is responsible for investing in businesses and assets that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. He brings to Climate Investments more than 25 years of experience raising and deploying capital and providing strategic advice for infrastructure projects and their owners. Having completed transactions valued in excess of $50 billion at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Mizuho, and Coady Diemar Partners, a significant focus throughout his career has been on energy transition companies, including those employing new technologies and business models. Prior to working in financial services, Jon was an infantry officer in the US Marine Corps. He received an AB in economics and Japanese from the University of Michigan and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Avraham Levin
Partner, Tene Investment Funds
Mr. Avraham Levin, a Partner in Tene Investment Funds, has more than 15 years of investment experience in the private equity sector. He joined Tene in February 2006 as an investment professional with a strong background in economics and physics. Along with general investment roles and responsibilities, Mr. Levin served as Tene's liaison for technology in the relevant portfolio companies. In 2014 he became a Partner in Tene. Mr. Levin holds a BA in Economics and an MS.c in Physics from Tel Aviv University.

Ariel Halperin, Ph.D.
Senior Managing Partner
Ariel Halperin founded Tene Investment Funds in 2004, together with Eyal Attia and Dori Brown. From 1992 through 2000, Dr. Halperin led the ‘Kibbutzim Creditor Arrangement’, as the trustee for the Israeli government, Israeli banks, and the Kibbutzim.
During his tenure, Dr. Halperin formulated a comprehensive financial program involving numerous transactions settling an aggregate debt of more than US$6 billion, and oversaw the reorganization and recovery programs of hundreds of Kibbutzim and their enterprises. Ariel is well recognized for his unique combination of financial and managerial expertise and ties with the Israeli banking system and the Kibbutz sector.
Ariel holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Hebrew University, and completed post doctoral work at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in industrial organization and finance.
Jacob Kaplan
CPA, Advocate (LL.M)
Jacob is currently Chairman at Kibbutz Ein Harod Ihud Holdings. Before this he served as Chairman for Kibbutz Givat Brenner, was Co-Founder and CFO at Blueconomy Center, and CEO of both Gilad Governet Relations & Lobbying and Via Akadia.
In addition to serving on Qnergy’s boards Jacob is also a board member on behalf of Ein Harod Ihud Holdings for Ricor, Palbam, Kiroskay, Netzer, and Aero-Magnesium
Jacob earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Tel Eviv University, a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Ono Academic College, and a Masters of Law (LLM) from Bar-llan University.
Nachman Pundak
Board Chairman
Qnergy
On behalf ibbutz Ein Harod Ihud Holdings, Nachman has been board chairman of Qnergy since 2011. Previously he was at Ricor for over 4 decades serving in various roles including General Manager. In addition to the Qnergy board, Nachman also serves as a member on the Kibutz Economic Committee and Ricor’s board of directors. His deep technical experience in Free Piston Stirling Engines has contributed significantly to Qnergy’s proven technology.
Nachman holds both a BSc and MSc from Technion, Haifa, Isreal.
